“Not A Failure”: Biden Says Covid Test Shortage Reflects Surge
President Biden laid out his action plan to slow the coronavirus surge as companies report unprecedented demands for tests. He plans to send resources to states in need and provide 500 million at-home rapid test kits to Americans across the country. The administration is still working out how many tests each household may request.
